Course Goal / Objective
To gain the skills of defining concepts related to communication, communicating correctly in working life with the help of verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, and speaking in front of the community.
Course Content
Communication concept and communication process, verbal communication, non-verbal communication, inter-individual communication, group communication and intra-organizational communication, mass communication, online communication, international and intercultural communication.
