Course Goal / Objective
In this lesson; It is aimed to be able to explain the concepts of quality, to understand the importance of quality assurance, and to understand the need and importance of standardization.
Course Content
1- Quality and quality concepts 2- The importance of quality assurance and ISO 9000 3- Professional standards 4- Definition and development process of standardization 5- Turkish standards institute and its duties
