Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to enable graduate students to identify foodborne zoonotic diseases and their causative agents, and to apply prevention methods.

Course Content

Bacterial, viral and parasitic zoonotic diseases transmitted to humans through food and an introduction to their molecular diagnosis.
