Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the Animal Virology course is to teach students about viral diseases affecting animals, the agents of these diseases, transmission routes, pathogenesis, diagnostic methods, and control and prevention strategies.

Course Content

The animal virology course covers the biology, diagnostic methods, epidemiology and control strategies of viral infections in animals and includes information that will enable them to apply basic virology knowledge in related scientific fields.
