Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to bring the data sets into a format that can analyse the data sets in order to evaluate the interrelationships of ecological data sets, to select and analyse the appropriate multivariate statistical analysis methods and to compare and interpret different methods.

Course Content

Based on ecological datasets, collection of data in Landscape Analysis, creation and arrangement of dataset, types, measurement of ecological diversity and ecological diversity index and Bray Curtis and main assignment methods will be examined. Package programs aiming the statistical analysis of ecological data such as MPcORD will be used in the course.
