Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the importance, necessity and overcoming of scientific research, data analysis methods, scientific ethics, basic principles of scientific research ethics, publication types, unethical behaviors and preventive sanctions.

Course Content

In this course, the definition of science and knowledge, the characteristics of scientific knowledge, the necessity and importance of research in reaching scientific knowledge, the stages in scientific research, the concept of ethics, types of unethical behavior, preventive sanctions against unethical behavior are given.
