Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the machines, systems and techniques that produce with advanced technology, which are necessary for mechanical technicians. To be able to understand how and where different manufacturing methods can be used.

Course Content

Combining traditional and advanced manufacturing methods comparison, Powder metallurgy and composite materials, EDM and ECM methods and application areas, wire erosion methods and application areas, the place of CNC technology in advanced production, 3D scanner technology and application areas
