Course Goal / Objective
Zoning law mainly aims to provide and maintain some balances in urbanization, zoning, construction and planning.
Course Content
Zoning law covers the rules regulating what qualities the official or private settlements planned to be built on any land or plot should have according to their purposes and types.
Course Precondition
The course has no prerequisites.
