Course Goal / Objective

This course covers the basic principles and basic definitions of labor law, the concept of employment contract, fixed-term and indefinite employment contract, parties to the employment contract, debts arising from the employment contract, termination of the employment contract, working periods, paid holidays and annual paid leave, severance and notice pay. .

Course Content

The aim of this course is to give general information about the place and importance of labor law in working life, the establishment and termination of employment contracts.
