This course aims to teach the techniques of children's yoga.

This lesson; What is yoga?,What is children's yoga?,Benefits of children's yoga,Warm-up exercises,Classroom management,Rules that the instructor should pay attention to,Basic children's yoga movements and their benefits,Basic children's yoga movements and their benefits,Meditation methods,Breathing techniques,Story options,Games, Relaxation and visualization techniques, Yoga examples with stories; Includes topics.
