Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach students the basic concepts, functions and application areas of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.

Course Content

Data Collection and Processing Using Computer Assistance, Remote Control, Examination of SCADA Programs, Advanced PLC Applications, and Designing HMI Interfaces Using Operator Panels

LO08 It defines the basic principles and precautions to be taken regarding the security of SCADA systems.
LO09 It explains the security threats that may be encountered in SCADA systems and the precautions that can be taken against these threats.
