Course Goal / Objective

To give information about harvesting, storage, storage, transfer, standardisation and quality of TIBA products.

Technical knowledge about TIBA products, from harvesting to product, harvesting, transfer, storage, storage storage conditions, product quality protection, quality control methods, quality standardisation relationship, quality parameters
