Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is for students to define communication, explain the basic concepts of communication, gain information about communication barriers and conflicts, establish healthy and effective communication with children, families and school personnel, and gain communication skills.

Communication and fundamental concepts of communication, Communication methods (verbal and non-verbal communication), Sağlıklı ve etkili iletişim → Healthy and effective communication, Communication barriers, Communication conflicts and resolution, Communication between family and child, Communication between school and child.
