Course Goal / Objective
The purpose is to have knowledge of widely used soil classification systems all over thr world.
Course Content
Scientific approaches to the pedology, soil formation factors and procedures, diagnostic horizons, surface horizons (epipedons), subsurface horizons, and other diagnostic soil characteristics for soil classification. Soil orders of Soil Taxonomy, Soil units of FAO/UNESCO soil classification systems.
