Course Goal / Objective
To ensure that they know the basic concepts of Human Resources Management and to ensure that they have practical and academic knowledge about the situations they may encounter in the sector.
Course Content
All sub-functions of Human Resources Management (recruitment process, interviews, career development, labor laws), case analyses.
