Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, students will be able to recognize the departments of the garment business. Makes production planning and productivity calculations. Makes internal and external development studies.
Course Content
Planning of production within the general structure of garment enterprises, minimum loss and Reducing costs with minimum number of employees, standardized calculations, efficiency control, detection of production lines and necessary improvements to prevent errors from occurring measures to be taken in order to ensure the safety and security of the population.
