Course Goal / Objective

One of the most important driving forces in the growth of institutions and national economies is innovation. The aim of this course is to provide knowledge and skills on how innovation should be strategically managed in institutions.

Course Content

The course content includes topics such as basic concepts related to innovation, innovation barriers, innovation success factors, leadership in innovation (CXO qualifications), establishing an innovation team, providing resources for innovation, creating an innovation culture and managing change.
