Course Goal / Objective

The aim is for the student to define the structure and functions of the immune system and the basic principles of immunology, to explain the immune response that develops in various situations (disease, vaccination), to use and interpret serological tests for the diagnosis of diseases and to measure vaccine immunity.

Course Content

This lesson includes the structure, functions, properties of the immune system, types of immune responses, diagnosis of diseases, types of vaccines, and the use and interpretation of serological tests.
