Course Goal / Objective

Molecular methods within the scope of molecular epidemiology are intended to provide information about the identification of infectious diseases caused by various microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.), determination of their source, spread, transmission routes, pathogenesis, detection of virulence and resistance genes, and vaccine production.
