Course Goal / Objective
The general purpose of this course is to provide basic concepts related to education and learning, to explain the functions of the school as an educational institution, the social, philosophical, psychological and economic foundations of education, and its relationship with other sciences. This course also aims to explain to students the general structure, purpose, principles, relevant laws of Turkish national education and the characteristics of the teaching profession.
