Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to provide students with the ability to apply their knowledge of vocational education in the field.

Applying Infection Control Methods, Applying Bladder Catheterization to Patients or Injured, Applying Emergency Care in Shock, Positioning Patients or Injured According to Their Conditions, Rescue and Removal Techniques for Patients or Injured, Carrying Patients or Injured with One Person, Carrying Patients or Injured with Two Persons, Choosing a Stretcher Appropriate for the Patient or Injured, Placing the Patient or Injured on the Stretcher, Applying Emergency Care to Particular Trauma Cases, Knowing the Ambulance and Keeping It Ready for Use, Applying Ambulance Driving Techniques

LO08 Describes the steps to be taken in preparing and maintaining the ambulance, which is an important instrument of the pre-hospital area.
