Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to reveal the presence and amount of drugs/poisons that affect body systems and to learn the laboratory devices used for this purpose and their working principles theoretically and practically.
Course Content
It includes basic laboratory tools and equipment and their use, working principles, use and working principle of spectrophotometer, chromatographic analysis and its types, sample preparation stages, genotoxicity and its measurement.
