Course Goal / Objective
Free radicals, oxidative stress and reactions of free radicals, free radical sources and damage mechanisms. Knows enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxidants.
Course Content
Free radicals, oxidative stress and reactions of free radicals, free radical sources and damage mechanisms are explained. Enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxidants are known.
