Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to understand the fundamentals of biopharmacy and pharmacokinetics and the relationship between these fundamentals and rational pharmacotherapy.

Course Content

Basic Concepts in Biopharmacy, Factors that determine the rate of absorption of drugs, Factors that determine the degree of absorption of drugs, Pharmaceutical forms of drugs, Pharmaceutical forms of drugs and biopharmaceutical factors, Biopharmaceutical Classification System, Generic drugs, Biosimilar drugs
