Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to teach students the basics of drug effects and life knowledge, and in this context, to understand the basic principles of Ayurvedic medicine, body types, how this information can be integrated with modern medical practices, and to understand the pharmacological basis of holistic treatments using Ayurvedic diagnostic methods, lifestyle recommendations and medicinal plants, and to teach how to combine Ayurvedic principles with pharmacological approaches.

Drug effect and individualized treatment principles in life science, Fundamentals of treatment for individual body type in life science, Balance status in health, Ayurvedic medicine and pharmacological treatment principles, Physical, mental and emotional characteristics of body types, Symptoms, causes and treatment methods of body type imbalances-I, Symptoms, causes and treatment methods of body type imbalances-II, Pharmacological basis of Ayurvedic treatment approaches-I, Pharmacological basis of Ayurvedic treatment approaches-II, The role of life style suitable for body type in treatment and analysis of its pharmacological effects, Use of detox in life science and its contribution to pharmacological treatment, Ayurvedic Pharmacology, Integration of pharmacological treatment and Ayurvedic principles, Management of chronic diseases and increasing quality of life in life science, R&D studies, current literature and case studies related to drug effect and life science
