Course Goal / Objective
By focusing on the meanings and types of general leadership and competence concepts in coaching literature, it will be tried to determine under what conditions these concepts can exist or how they can take place in physical education and sports environments.
Course Content
By examining in detail how coaching leadership and competence theories and approaches play a role in sports environments, a deeper understanding of the effects of these dynamics on coaching practice will be provided.
