Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of the "Athletic Performance Development Methods I" course is to provide students with knowledge and skills about basic athletic performance development methods. This course aims to teach the basic principles, techniques and strategies required to increase the performance of athletes.
Course Content
By the end of this course, students will have knowledge of the fundamental components of athletic performance and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice. The course provides a solid foundation for students to understand and apply more advanced performance enhancement methods.
