Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of counting, probability theory, random variables and their functions, discrete and continuous probability distributions and to enable the prospective teacher to apply this knowledge to some events that we may encounter in daily life or scientific research.
Course Content
This course covers basic probability theory topics starting from the basic principles of counting, permutation, combination, probability, Bayes theorem, random variables, expected value, variance, moments and discrete and continuous probability distributions.
