Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the development of Islamic law as a whole with the historical method and to enable students to realize the dynamism of fiqh and to gain a correct perspective on the history of fiqh and the present.

Course Content

He talks about the stages and changes in the Islamic legal discipline throughout history.
