Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to understand the basic causes and consequences of global climate change and to examine its direct and indirect effects on plant production on a scientific basis. It is aimed that students understand the environmental, physiological and agricultural processes related to climate change; evaluate the risks encountered in plant production systems and develop adaptation and reduction strategies against these risks.
Course Content
Definition of global climate change, its scope, causes, precautions to be taken and its effects on plant production.
Course Precondition
There are no prerequisites.
