Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach mycotoxins, which are produced by fungi and can cause poisoning and death in animals and humans consuming feed, feed materials, and food containing them, as well as the control of mycotoxins.
Course Content
Mycotoxins produced by fungi that can cause poisoning and death in animals and humans consuming feed, feed materials, and food containing them, and the control of mycotoxins.
