Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to recognize German communication patterns used in various professional fields (such as tourism, healthcare, engineering, and economics), expand their field-specific vocabulary, and apply written and oral communication skills in a practical context.
Course Content
- The concept and importance of professional German - Terminology and forms of expression specific to different fields - Written communication: emails, form filling, reports, official letters - Oral communication: phone conversations, dialogues, introductions and presentations - Situation-based communication examples by professional field - Awareness of intercultural communication - Practical language activities tailored to different fields
