Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to help psychology students learn to think scientifically, develop research-based writing skills and make effective presentations. It provides practical content on text types, resource utilization, ethical principles and oral and written expression skills specific to the discipline of psychology.
Course Content
This course aims to help psychology students develop the skills of reading and evaluating scientific texts critically, producing texts in accordance with academic writing rules and effective presentation skills. Within the scope of the course, basic academic skills such as psychology-specific writing types, APA format, resource utilization and oral presentation techniques are discussed theoretically and practically.
