Course Goal / Objective
The focus is on introducing the structure, operation, and organization of the bank, which is one of the most important institutions in the financial sector. In this context, all stages from the establishment of a bank to its activities and termination will be examined within the framework of the Banking Law No. 5411.
Course Content
This course will cover the definition, activities, organization, operation, and termination of a bank. In this context, other significant institutions within the banking sector will also be discussed. The most important banking contracts, namely deposit and loan agreements, will be introduced in detail.
