Course Goal / Objective

To teach approaches to improving quality by analyzing the types of errors encountered in CNC manufacturing processes, their root causes, and solutions.

Course Content

CNC manufacturing errors, root cause analysis, fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis, 5W1H, brainstorming, statistical process control, improvement cycle (PDCA).
