Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of nutrition, explain the functions of nutrients in the body, and convey the effects of healthy, balanced nutrition on individual and public health. Within the scope of the course, students are expected to learn about food groups, be able to assess their daily nutritional requirements, and acquire scientific knowledge about nutrition principles specific to different stages of life.
