Course Goal / Objective
The student learns the characteristics of tropical and subtropical pastures, as well as the principles of their use and development.
Course Content
This course covers the techniques for the multifaceted and multipurpose use of grasslands -pastures in tropical and subtropical regions, methods of utilising shrubs and woody plants and controlling them, establishing artificial pastures and mixtures suitable for use in tropical and subtropical regions, preparing seeds for sowing, and special grazing systems for animal production.
