Course Goal / Objective
The course aims to explain the general principles that form the basis of the emergence and functioning of the Constitutional Court and the norm control within the duties and authority of the Constitutional Court in Turkey.
Course Content
This course covers the judicial activity of norm control, the specific structure, progress and functioning of this control procedure within the framework of the Constitutional Court's precedents.
