Course Goal / Objective
This course examines the transformation of administrative law in response to information technologies and digitalization.
Course Content
Course Contents The classical principles of public service are reconsidered in the digital context; administrative liability, AI-assisted decision-making and judicial review are analyzed within a normative framework.
