Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to explain the emergence, functioning and functions of Parliaments, which are indispensable elements of democracy

Course Content

This course includes the meaning of the concept of parliament, basic concepts and principles, the characteristics of the legislative function, legislative acts, the formation of the legislative body and its applications. It also includes discussions on the problems in practice related to these subjects.
