Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the conceptual, measurement-related, and policy-driven aspects of economic inequality. Students will analyze the historical evolution of income and wealth disparities, evaluate the role of institutions, technology, and globalization, and examine various policy frameworks designed to mitigate inequality.
