Course Goal / Objective
To provide knowledge on toxic effects of pesticide exposure in fish at molecular, biochemical and physiological levels and to develop skills for toxicity evaluation and environmental risk assessment using biotechnological approaches.
Course Content
Acute and chronic toxicity of pesticides in fish, LC50 determination, hematological, biochemical and immunological parameters, stress physiology, biomarker analyses, toxicogenomics, molecular techniques and environmental risk assessment approaches.
