Course Goal / Objective

To provide knowledge and practical skills on modern hatchery techniques in sturgeon, covering broodstock management, artificial reproduction and juvenile production.

Course Content

Hatchery design, water quality management, broodstock collection and adaptation, reproductive biology, hormonal induction, gamete handling, artificial fertilization, egg incubation, larval and juvenile rearing, live feed production and hatchery management.
