Course Goal / Objective

To ensure that teachers acquire knowledge about organizational and professional commitment approaches and the factors affecting organizational and professional commitment, and develop appropriate positive attitudes and behaviors in order to fulfill their duties and achieve the goals of the school.

Course Content

Organizational commitment approaches and classifications for effective and productive schools, personal, organizational, and situational factors affecting teachers' organizational commitment, dimensions of professional commitment, factors affecting teachers' professional commitment, the relationship between organizational commitment and professional commitment, outcomes of organizational and professional commitment in terms of teachers.
