Course Goal / Objective

The overall aim of this course is to improve the efficiency of students' academic writing processes (theses, projects, research papers, etc.). To this end, it aims to develop students' competencies in selecting a research topic, defining objectives, formulating problems and hypotheses, determining the theoretical framework of the research, and structuring the methods, findings, discussion, and conclusion sections of the research, by using generative artificial intelligence and other digital technologies in an ethical framework.

Course Content

The course content includes the examination of sample research published in journals within the field of educational sciences that are indexed in SSCI, AHCI, SCIE, and SCOPUS; the use of artificial intelligence tools in these review processes; the creation of a literature-based problem section and a theoretical framework within the context of research problems; writing the methods, findings, discussion, and conclusion sections of a research; and submitting research reports to international journals.

Course Precondition

Having (or obtaining) a laptop. Basic English skills (reading comprehension).
