Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to teach the basic methods used for analyzing survival data in health research and to enable students to gain the skills to analyze data using appropriate statistical techniques, interpret results, and report findings.

Course Content

This course covers the basic concepts of survival analysis, censored data, the Kaplan-Meier method, comparison of survival curves, the Cox regression model, and areas of application in health research.
