Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to understand the place and importance of Sufism in the Islamic intellectual and cultural world; and to analyze the contribution of Sufism to the cultural, intellectual, and aesthetic dimensions of Islamic civilization.
Course Content
The formation and historical development of Sufi thought; the formation and effects of Sufi culture.
