Course Goal / Objective

To provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal rules ensuring free competition in markets, focusing on anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and merger control.

Course Content

This course covers the legal and economic principles regarding anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, and merger control, including the procedural rules of investigation and sanctions.
