Goals

The aim of the program is to train technicians with practical knowledge who have theoretical and practical training on wine technology and fermented foods that can be worked in public and private sector wine production facilities.

Objectives

The objectives of the program are to train technical staff who can work in the laboratories, production and quality control units of the graduates' wine production facilities. Students who complete the program can be employed as a food technician in wine production facilities with associate degree diploma. They can work as technical staff at the upper level in small winery establishments. They can work in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and its affiliated institutions and they can establish private businesses in their fields.

Qualification Requirements of Graduation

Students have to achieve all courses and dont have any FF, FG, NA, UB mark. Minimum120 AKTS have to be taken and everage mark should be between 4 and 2, everage mark have to be 2 at least for being achieved.
