Course Goal

It is aimed to understand the basic tourism concepts and the characteristics of the sector, to know the types of tourism and the effects of tourism on the economic, socio-cultural and physical environment.

Course Content

Basic Concepts in Tourism, Characteristics of Tourism Industry and Touristic Product, Tourist Types and Types of Tourism, tourism supply and demand, economic, social and physical effects of tourism.
